With our nutritional coaching program, each and every client receives a personalized food plan based on the initial complimentary consultation and assessment. This includes but certainly isn’t limited to your favourite food preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies, caloric recommendation and macronutrient breakdown based on your goals and objectives, as well as a host of meal ideas and recipes!
