Too often in the fitness industry, and more specifically the personal training industry, cookie-cutter meal plans and food lists are handed out as the primary strategy for their clients’ diets. This, for obvious reasons, does not deliver the client the value that they deserve. With our nutritional coaching program, each and every client receives a personalized food plan based on the initial complimentary consultation and assessment. This includes but certainly isn’t limited to your favourite food preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies, caloric recommendation and macronutrient breakdown based on your goals and objectives, as well as a host of meal ideas and recipes!
SUPPLEMENTAL COACHING
While the food we consume is of primary importance, supplementation will become an extremely helpful tool as we get deeper into your health and fitness journey. As such, our expert coaches will be there to provide you with the most up-to-date, evidence-based advice on supplemental guidance and recommendation so that you can get the very most out of our program and ultimately see the best results possible.
LIFESTYLE COACHING
As part of the nutritional coaching program here at Iron Bodies and Minds, you’ll be given a complimentary initial consultation and assessment. During this assessment, our knowledgeable coaches will be given the chance to learn about your current dietary restrictions, problem areas, and future goals. Through a process by which we gather data and do an in-depth analysis, we’ll be better equipped to deliver you the most optimized, personalized, and customized nutritional plan for YOU.
